In 2008, Guo Song entered Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Like many campuses across China, every freshman class finished military training only to leave thousands of durable camouflage uniforms completely unused in dormitory hallways.
Rather than letting them end up in local landfills, Guo Song rented a small tricycle and spent weeks collecting these discarded uniforms door-to-door, redistributing them to provincial training bases. That hands-on experience proved a simple truth: good quality garments never lose their intrinsic utility—they just need proper sorting and the right market.
By 2013, what started as a grassroots initiative expanded into an industrial sorting warehouse in Guangzhou. In 2016, Guo Song established a full lifecycle textile management group, setting up standardized sorting protocols, rigorous sanitization chambers, and digital tracking lines that would eventually become the backbone of KINGAAA.
